1)Read all information on our Rules and Regulations page.
2)The minimum donation for participating in this charity event is $40 per person. Please bring cash, checks (made out to the Travis Manion Foundation), or your credit card to the event. All proceeds will be collected by local Travis Manion 9/11 Heroes RunVolunteers and go directly to the TMF.
3)Please choose your top two WODs from the Workout Schedule and submit them via the form below. All WODs will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please note: if you are signing up as a coed team, you will have one set of bars to work with so weight will have to be added/removed as needed.
4)You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your requested WODs with finalized start times, etc.
5)If you are confused in any way, please consult both the Rules and Regulations page and the FAQ. If there is still confusion after reading both pages, please send an email to email@example.com.
6)On the day of the event, please be on site and checked in at least 45 minutes before your scheduled start time.
*Given that this is a charity event, there will be absolutely no refunds. All payments are going directly to the charities.
